This policy explains what information Threevaay AI ("Threevaay", "we") collects when you visit threevaay.com or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Threevaay AI builds AI systems for service businesses. For anything in this policy, contact Vaibbhav Sutar at vaibbhav@threevaay.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Our booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book, you give your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you choose to write in the notes. Cal.com passes this to us so we can hold the call.
- When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you write.
- When you browse the site. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and this site does not set its own cookies. Like every web server, our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use what you give us to prepare for and hold the call, reply to you, and follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Services that handle data for us
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar and may set cookies needed for it to work. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, which means your browser requests it from Google. See Google's privacy policy.
- Hostinger hosts the website and its server logs.
These providers may store data outside your country. We only use providers that protect it under their own published policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email details for as long as we are talking or working together, and for up to 24 months after that so we have a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Singapore's PDPA, Australia's Privacy Act 1988, New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 and the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose.
Email vaibbhav@threevaay.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to work with you, and we use providers with standard security controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
